10 Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Walkins App and Open the profile modal.
2. Go to "Privacy & Security".
3. Click on "Delete Account".
4. Select the reason to delete your account.
5. Type "Delete" to confirm the permanent deletion.

Please note that once your account is deleted, your data (including posts, messages, and tickets) will be permanently removed or de-identified from our systems, except where retention is legally required. This action cannot be undone.

If you have any issues deleting your account via the app, you can also email us at vagdev@walkins.net and we will process your request within 30 days.
